I was so dissapointed I could not continue. Until this dark area in the demo, the game worked fine with my M/KB controls (outside in a beautiful forest, interacting with a host of lovely beings and animals), because it was daylight and I didn't need my lantern. I eventually gave up and uninstalled the demo. I could NOT keep the mouse button held AND use movement keys so I could not quickly jump (when required). For instance, in the demo, there is a dark cave-type area, where you MUST hold down the right-mouse-clicker to KEEP your "lantern" lit also while ALSO using either the default WASD keys (or you can re-program them, as I did, to use arrow keys for direction). Besides, the game itself has a warning at the begining: "gamepad recommended." However, fair warning: if you're a PC gamer who uses mouse and keyboard ONLY (I don't have or use a gamepad or controller, old-schooler that I am), beware that the KB controls are difficult to use (at least in the demo).
